We have experience on engineering and practical experience on food factory production. Most notably project experience on designing silos and steel structures, designing stairs and updating process flowcharts and layouts.
My Projects
Kiikala T1 factory project for Saint-Gobain Finland
Two new silos for new circular economy materials were designed based on laboratory testing of flow characteristics of the new materials. A prototype of the steel structure was made and the silos were set to correct height. Necessary changes were made to the prototype after the structural strength calculations with Comsol Multiphysics 5.4 software in co-operation with Fimpec professionals. The designed steel structure stands almost 40 meters tall and is secured to withstand extreme wind and snow conditions. The whole structure is assembled with bolt attachments only.
